Diya Mool is a senior at Panther Creek High School and has a passion for giving back to her community. In school, Diya is the Vice President of Medical Careers Club and enjoys teaching the members of the club about the various careers in the medical field. Over the last year, Diya has also worked with Heart for the Homeless to provide the homeless community of Chapel Hill access to low cost clinics. Outside of school, Diya is the Vice President of a local nonprofit known as DOC NC. Within DOC NC, Diya launched an initiative in which the youth of the organization provide companionship to seniors during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the future, Diya hopes to pursue a career in medicine.
